Hi everyone~
Again with me for the second week.
Okay for this week, I learnt and heard something that I had never knew about it. 'CALL'. What is it? It is calling people using phone? No. It is actually an acronym for Computer Assisted Language Learning. CALL is brielfy defined as the search for and study of applications of the computer in language learning and teaching. Since technology keep moving and  advancing, people nowadays can easily learn what they want to learn by using internet.

There are variety types of CALL Programme such as CALL-specific software, web-based learning, generic software, computer-mediated communication(CMC). All of these programme enable an easy excess to the learner. For example, through discussion forum which is asynchronous allow everyone to have a discussion which others without having physically present. They can share interest or exchanging some thoughts regarding a topic. Besides, for people who are prefer a face to face discusssion or conversation they can used synchronous computer-mediated communication like online chat.

In a nutshell, this CALL programme really open a big oppurtunity to people for new experinces in learning. It is a good news as our technology are keep moving so that our way to learn something should be move together. Maybe in another ten years our children do not need to go to school as they can only learn with Internet.

Ollaaaa~~ Okay for this week I learnt more new things from my lecture. It’s about PAWTOON and CANVA. So both are them are not so new for me since I already heard and used it before. Hi fans~~~~ Another week with me :) For this week, yes still with the technology and those Internet term. And for this post i would like to share about CMC. What......it.......is.....? Okay let me explain. CMC is stands for Computer Mediated Communication. It is about when any human interaction occurs through two or more eletronic devices. CMC also use in education started in the late 80s. It became more widesppread with the use of email and forums. CMC are divided into two types which is asynchronous and synchronous. asynchronous means that communication is not synchronised.  The messages are not exchanged and replied to immediately.
